Many treasures drift up on the beaches for beachcombers to collect. Items fall from cargo ships during storms at sea. If you are really lucky, glass floats still occasionally drift over from Japan.

4th Annual Fleur De Lis Festival
The Fleur de Lis Festival at Westport Winery is scheduled for Saturday from noon to 5p.m. Guests of all ages are invited to celebrate all things French as the farm's 5,000 irises bloom.
Chef Erin Worth will offer Fleur de Lis French Onion Soup for those who wish to purchase food while listening to music and tasting wine. As always the winery will offer cheese, chocolate, and charcuterie tasting. Dates: June 6th, 2012
