A lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, Jonathan McIntyre, became enthralled with the art and process of photography at a young age. The son of a traditional artist he has been creating photographic imagery more akin to Fine Art Photography for many years.

McIntyre was raised in Oregon and Idaho, graduated from Lane College well known for its graphics department and then University of Idaho. Obtaining degrees in both Graphic Design and Photography, he has combined both professionally to create a notable and sought after style.

In his current position Jon participates in all of the companies creative and marketing assignments and manages most of it. He has been a professional photographer for many years and still shoot events and weddings as time permits.

Committed to the transfer of knowledge Jonathan helped launch "Lightchasers" in 2009 which is an active community of photographers committed to creating growth opportunities and sharing photographic knowledge through Photography Tours, Classes & Tips.
